A few summers back when off-the-shoulder tops began popping up, I immediately hopped on board with what’s still one of my favorites to date (seen here). The neckline made an even bigger comeback this season, showing up on everything from blouses and jumpsuits to dresses and rompers – even bathing suits joined in on the trend. It’s nearly impossible to walk into a women’s retailer (or down the street for that matter) without seeing some variation of the silhouette. And though I own a number of styles, this dress yields more compliments than any of the others. It’s stretchy, but comfortably hugs the right places, and I love the way it moves when worn. It also came in a sweet blue color that’s now sold out, but this black floral print is actually more versatile, as it can transition to fall by adding a jacket and ankle booties.
