Zara Jean Jacket (old, similar here and here), Madewell Tank, Cotton On Pants, Seychelles Sandals, Marc By Marc Jacobs Crossbody Bag, CRAP Sunglasses, L’Oreal Nail Polish in “Tangerine Crush”
When it comes to trips that require long hours in a car or plane, I’ll be found sporting some variation of leggings, an oversized sweatshirt, and a makeup-free face. And while I’d prefer to wear sweats even after arriving, I ultimately give in and sacrifice comfort in exchange for looks deemed more presentable. During a recent trip to New York, though, I came up with an outfit where I didn’t have to. These pajama-like pants epitomize both comfort and fashion, and are just as perfect for traveling as they are for street wear. Combined with a relaxed tank, a denim jacket and my favorite new sandals, this low-key outfit proved to be tailor-made for exploring the city.

So cute! Great insta photos throughout the trip. xx
I found adorned with love from your feature on The Everygirl. I love your style! This post is perfect timing for me as I’m headed to New York next week to explore the city for a few days (and escape the summer heat in Phoenix)!
Thanks so much, Erica! I’m glad the post came at a perfect time and I couldn’t be more jealous of your upcoming trip to New York. I’m already dreaming of my next trip back!

Can’t believe those pants are from Cotton On! And can’t believe they aren’t trousers. Great find.

They’re seriously the best and so easy to dress up or down. I highly recommend them!
